I received my order today and was surprised and thrilled because I just ordered it two days ago. NOT TO MENTION that I lost my old Quilters Rule somehow when I moved and have been suffering with a slip and fall ruler since. No one around here sells yours, unfortunately. So, I was REALLY glad to get it and I also ordered that little magnet that fits on a spool of thread. That's cool, too. THANKS LOTS for the great service.

"I have fallen in love with your ruler!"
I can remember the first time I used it a number of years ago, but when I began to quilt on my own, I couldn't find a source for it & had to settle for rulers from another manufacturer. Now that I've purchased a genuine Quilter's Rule ruler of my own & even found you online, I'll never go back to another ruler! My question is - is there any chance that you are considering making a Quilter's Rule ruler with the fabric grips that's at least 8 & 1/2 inches wide by 24 inches long? I would love to have a ruler of yours that's this wide. Have a great day!

Just a note to let you know that I have just ordered my 2nd 6 1/2 x 24 ruler. When I started quilting in 1997 this was my very first ruler, and have looked at others and have also looked at all my local quilt shops for this size ruler, finding that no one carried it. They did have some of your other rulers but most carried that Omni Grid. I myself think those are the most confusing ruler ever. Hard to read and also hard to figure out the lines. Your ruler is so easy to read, simple and to the point. The only reason I need a new one is that my numbers have rubbed off at places it is hard to read. Thanks for still being in business.

I just wanted to say that I had received my pinnable rotary cutting mat a while ago. And I am just in love with that mat. This is just an excellent excellent product. This makes cutting my fabric just a breeze. 1000 times better than that old store bought one I had that did not last me very long at all. For my cutting mat is used pretty much every day. I absolutely love the really nice, nice measuring rulers and lines, I'm not having the problems I was before trying to see those really fine cutting lines. I can not thank you enough for providing such an excellent product. And also a thank you to the very sweet lady that took my call that day and helped me with making this purchase, she had really helped me a lot with figuring out what size would fit my table that I have to keep this on. For it fit absolutely perfect. So thanks again for such an excellent product. Keep up the excellent work. Hope to do business with you again sometime.

I have been emailing inquiring about the ink on the back of my ruler and received a message from you indicating you would reink my ruler if I sent it back. I did, and yesterday received a package with a brand new ruler in it. I just wanted to say thank you---It's not too often today consumers receive such quality customer service. I work part-time in a quilt shop that doesn't carry your rulers, but people see me using them and I always speak very highly of the rulers and will continue to do so. Again, thanks!
