Quilter's Rule is returning to Lancaster. This year's show is at a new location AND CLASSES are now being offered! In addition there will be 40+ Vendors, Quilt Exhibits and Free Gift Basket Raffle. The Lancaster Quilt Show is entering its 31st year in Lancaster PA. Best of all, Admission and Parking is free.
Patricia is teaching two classes: Template Mania and Do It Yourself Designs.
